The terms for using limestonesp.com. Client work runs on a signed engagement letter, which sets its own terms.

These terms cover your use of limestonesp.com, which LIMESTONE Strategic Partners LLC, an Indiana limited liability company, operates from 38 W Main St, Carmel, Indiana 46032. By using the site you accept them.
General information only
The articles, guides, exhibits and figures on this site explain how we think about quality of earnings, diligence, financing and exit readiness. They are general information. Nothing here is financial, accounting, legal, tax or investment advice for your situation, and reading it, writing to us or speaking with us does not make you a client.
An engagement starts only when both sides have signed an engagement letter or Work Order. That document sets the scope, the fee and the terms of the work, and it governs if anything on this site differs from it.
Examples and figures
Some pages use illustrative cases and sample companies, and those pages say so. Market figures come from the published sources named beside them and describe ranges, so your own business or deal will differ. We check the site and correct it when we find an error, and we do not promise that every page is complete or current on the day you read it.
Our content
The text, exhibits, logo and photographs on this site belong to LIMESTONE or to the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to quote a short passage or share a link with credit to LIMESTONE. Copying whole pages or exhibits, or using them in your own materials, needs our written permission.
Links and other services
The site links to other websites and uses outside services (the booking calendar is one). We do not control those services, and their own terms apply when you use them. The client portal and other LIMESTONE tools may carry their own terms, which apply alongside these.
Limits on our responsibility
We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, LIMESTONE is not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the site's general content, from the site being unavailable, or from a third-party service it links to. Our responsibility for client work is set by the engagement letter for that work.
Law and changes
Indiana law governs these terms, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts serving Hamilton County, Indiana. We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Questions go to jared@limestonesp.com or 317.820.2468.
