This policy explains what LIMESTONE Strategic Partners LLC collects through limestonesp.com, what we do with it and how to reach us about it. Our office is at 38 W Main St, Carmel, Indiana 46032.

What we collect

What you send us. When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you type: usually your name, email address and phone number, your company and a note about the business or the deal. If you email us or book a call, we receive the same kind of detail through those channels.

How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies and records details such as the pages viewed, the referring site, the device and browser, and an approximate location derived from the IP address. We do not use it to identify you by name.

Spam checks. Some forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It reads technical signals from your browser while the form is open.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, to send anything you asked for, such as a sample report, and to prepare for a call. If you become a client, we use it to run the engagement, and your engagement letter governs the information you share with us during the work. We use the analytics data to understand which pages help people and which do not.

If you ask for our newsletter, we add your email address to the mailing list. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.

Who else handles it

A few service providers process information for us: Webflow hosts this site and receives form submissions, Google provides the analytics and the map on the Contact page, Cal.com runs our booking calendar, Cloudflare runs the spam check, and our email and client-management tools hold our correspondence. Each handles the information under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also share information with our professional advisers, when the law requires it, or with a successor if the firm is sold or merged.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as they are useful to the relationship and for the periods our professional and tax obligations require. Analytics data is kept under Google Analytics' retention settings.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to jared@limestonesp.com. We will answer within thirty days.

This site is meant for business owners, buyers, lenders and their advisers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes and contact
