We will say whether the next step is a defined project, an ongoing role or another specialist. Keep financial records off the booking form; we set up a secure exchange when work starts.

What happens next

What happens after the call.

  1. The call. Thirty minutes with both partners to understand your deal, business and questions.
  2. The scope and the fee. If there is work to do, we propose a fixed-fee project or a separately scoped ongoing agreement. You receive responsibilities, timeline and commercial terms in writing.
  3. Starting work. Work begins once the engagement letter is signed and the payment it names has cleared. On a QoE, Day 1 is the later of cleared payment and the last critical item on our request list.
