Ryan Anoskey, CPA, leads the numbers. Jared Luegers, CFA, reads the operation and is the documented second reviewer. Both partners are on the scoping call and the readout, and a finding that moves price reaches you by phone before any draft.
The work is split by stage, and both partners sign off at the end.
Ryan Anoskey, CPA, carries the numbers from the first bank statement to the final report. Jared Luegers, CFA, interviews management, writes the operator’s read and performs the documented second review. The scoping call and the readout are both partners together.
Scoping
The scoping call. Scope, the fixed fee and the request list are set, and the engagement letter follows.
Fieldwork
Ryan builds the proof of cash and the walk from the tax return to adjusted EBITDA. Jared interviews management on the operation: the owner’s seat, key people, customers.
Add-back testing
Every add-back tested against documents. The rejected items are shown in the report beside the accepted ones.
Operational read
The operator’s read: whether the earnings hold once the owner steps back, and what a new owner inherits.
Second review
Documented second review of the numbers and the report. Ryan resolves the review points and finalizes the report.
Readout
A finding that moves price reaches you by phone before any draft. The readout is with both partners, and LIMESTONE issues the report.
Roles as published on the Quality of Earnings page and the FAQ. Day 1 of an engagement is the later of the last critical item on the request list and cleared payment.
